What Our Clients Are Saying

Leonid saved us from our 32° home when our A/C was not working. He was a tad late coming back but was very apologetic and still in fact came back, even though it was 9pm on a Friday and at that point and he easily could have called it a night and had a weekend. Leo is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend.

He took the time to explain the problem and had everything working again in no time. I really appreciated his professionalism and friendly attitude. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Leon to anyone needing HVAC or mini split service. Thanks again!

Leon has saved me on numerous occasions with my house AC system trying to break down in the extreme heat. Whenever I’ve had an issue he shows up as soon as possible and remedies whatever problem my home was having the multiple times I’ve had to call for help with my old system that keeps trying to quit working on my household. Thank you !

Key West Mechanical is outstanding! When I made the first call, Leonid promptly answered and was very attentive to our needs. He was very courteous and assured me that he could repair our A/C unit without a bunch of uncertainties or hidden costs. He was available for same-day service and ended up being able to come over earlier than expected. On site, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and was able to fix the problem he had initially suspected. He also offered suggestions to optimize our household, given the old age of our unit. He didn't try to upsell a replacement right away, but rather helped worked on a sensible plan to be ready for the future. And when that day comes, we will absolutely use Leonid and Key West Mechanical for the installation! He is fair, caring, friendly, and just an all-around down-to-earth guy. Pretty rare in today's world of upsells and inflated rates. We recommend Key West Mechanical to anyone looking for great service. Thanks again, Leonid - you know how to keep things cool :)
